Paster Norm Dyck

Pastor Norm Dyck has spent his ministry helping congregations discover how to live as a Jesus-centered, disciple-making, peace presence in their communities. He has served the church for more than 20 years as a pastor, denominational leader, and global partner, bringing both a deep love for the church and a heart for mission.

From 2018–2025, Norm served as Mission Minister with Mennonite Church Eastern Canada, walking with congregations through renewal, mission engagement, and church planting. Norm continues to serve as Witness Liaison for Mennonite Church Canada, supporting global partners in Ethiopia, Myanmar, and the Philippines. He is the founder of INNOVATE be the change, a coaching practice that equips pastors and non-profit leaders.

Norm holds a Bachelor of Church Ministries from Canadian Mennonite University and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Messiah University. He and his wife Rose live in Listowel and are the proud parents of four sons (Malachi, Jonah, Elijah, Nehemiah).

Children’s Ministry Worker, Lora Gerber

Lora is in her 7th year as Children’s Ministry Worker at Crosshill and continues to love it every bit as much as when she first started.

She truly enjoys the time she spends with the children in our congregation. She is always finding ways to spend quality time with them and engage them in meaningful conversation about the love of God.

Lora invites you to consider bringing your child to one of our clubs and/or Sunday School which is held every Sunday following our worship service.

Please reach out for more information about our children/youth programs.
