Pastoral Search Announcement – Crosshill Mennonite Church

Crosshill Mennonite Church, located in the scenic community of Millbank, Ontario, is seeking a full-time pastor to serve as a spiritual leader and compassionate guide for our congregation. We are looking for someone who will journey with us in faith—offering Christ-centered leadership, nurturing spiritual growth, and fostering a welcoming, intergenerational community.

Working alongside the Elder Team, the pastor will help shape and support our shared vision through preaching, pastoral care, discipleship, and leadership development. This is a relational, team-oriented role, grounded in empathy, spiritual discernment, and a deep love for the local church.
